Innovation Process
Someone somewhere said something like, “Innovation without discpline is chaos.”
Innovation Process is an interesting area. In large, process-heavy, bureauocratic organizations this is hard to accomplish. Mostly because the leadership capacity is lacking and because programs like these are seen as disruptive to daily business. In addition, most large company cultures are not setup to support change of this scope or thinking in this fashion.
